We first heard about the School of Rock in July of '09 when our neighbor brought a newspaper article over to us and said to my son, "this sounds like something you would like." We visited right away. Even as we were just observing a session, the director pulled my son into the rehearsal and he played with the group right there and then. I was impressed and my son was immediately hooked. Since then, his ability to play electric guitar has grown by leaps and bounds. He learns music theory in his weekly lesson, something you don't get at other lesson centers, and even has begun playing the bass and singing! His confidence on stage is amazing, and he finally feels like he fits in. I give a standing ovation to everyone at the School of Rock. You love and care about the kids so much and . . .you ROCK!
